Okay, I have a story time post for you today. I just have to share for those of you who follow my blog and hear me talk about the lord a lot but you just may be a bit unsure. I hear people say all that time that you can not prove that the Lord is real because there is no physical proof. If you are one of those people, hear me out. The Lord does things all the time to show himself if only we would pay attention.
Last Sunday, Jereme and I were at his parents house before the weather started to get bad during all of those tornadoes. We decided to try to get home before the weather got super bad. We went to leave, and his car would not start for anything. He tried like ten times. The entire time he was trying to start the car, I kept having this feeling like it would not start because we were not suppose to be leaving yet. I even said that to Jereme.
Ten minutes after we walk back inside, the tornado siren sounded. I kept telling Jereme "I guarantee that your car will not start because we should not have left at that time" and "I bet when you go try to start it again, it will work." He kept disagreeing with me but I just knew it would. Guess what, that is exactly what happened. As soon as the storm ended, he went outside and the car started right up.
I definitely believe that nothing happens by chance. The Lord was definitely protecting us from something. Something even crazier is that we heard on the weather that a funnel cloud was spotted near our home. We would have been driving in the area when it was spotted. How cray is that?
