Hey girlies. I know I have talked so much about It Cosmetics already, but I just have to. IT Cosmetics is hands down my favorite makeup line of 2017 (and 2016). I get a questions about makeup all the time, and I hope to do a video on how I do my makeup sometime this year. Until then, lets just chat about it. I rounded up my top five recommendations from my favorite brand. These are my tried and true absolute "can't live without" must-have products. If you try any of their products, try these first.
If I can at all help it, I always order from QVC.com They just always have the best deals and the product usually comes with a brush. If you get it anywhere else, you would have to purchase the brushes separately. Just warning, if you do that, they can get pricey. Like $50 or more for some of them. I have to say though, they are for sure worth it. They are amazing. I have a set of those too.
The products are ranked in order of favorites and there is an honorable mention at the bottom. It is a deal too good to pass up. I got it for Christmas and I LOVE it all. The product that I use the most is hands down the Celebration Illumination Foundation. Say that five times fast. Whether I am going for a "natural" look or a full glam look, it is always included in my regime. Sometimes when I need to spruce up on the quick, I use two different shades as my highlight and contour, even under my eyes. It is such a good foundation with great coverage. I use the shades Fair and Light, depending on whether I have used self tanner. My Mother-in-law loves the regular Celebration Foundation, but I prefer the extra pop of light. I light dewy looks.
What can I say about this concealer? Is it the best out there? Possibly. It is at least in the running, in my opinion. I know I have seen a few people struggle with the consistency, but here are my "Pro Tips" to help. Use a damp beauty blender to blend it all out. Then use the beauty blender with next product on this list to set it, and I promise it won't crease. Make sure that everything is blended out smoothly before you set it, or else you will set a crease.
Like I mentioned before, this powder is the bomb-dot-com. I always use it with a damp beauty blender. I know that sounds strange to use a DAMP sponge with a POWDER, but it works!!
It is so hard to find a good mascara that meets every persons needs. I think it is even harder to find one meets all of my needs. I have high expectations when it comes to mascara. I don't know why I am so harsh on them, but I hard to please. I have tried so many, that are just not good. Thats why when I find a good one, I hold on to it. Like I did with my man. ;) It didn't take me long to fall in love with this mascara, and I bet it won't for you too.
This is great palette for so many reasons. You can create all sorts of looks with it. I love that it is not full of crazy colors that you won't use. It is all colors that I use on a regular basis. It has everything you need from light to dark. It covers all the necessary basics. To me that is such a good thing, because when I shell out money for an eye palette, I want to love every color, because I want to get my moneys worth out of it. The packaging is cute too, if that is important to you.
