Red Scarf

     Hello Lovelies. Bringing you another back yard edition of one of my "Lizzy McGuire, you are an outfit repeater!" looks today. I have worn this exact outfit so many times that it is kind of embarrassing. It is easy to put together in a hurry and I need that most days. This dress is actually pretty long. It is a bit longer than mid calf length, but I chose to tie it in a high knot in front. I like it tied tighter, to create a more fitted look, however I did show it tied loose as well. This scarf is a an oldie but a goody, so I linked very similar ones below.

     I am sure you have noticed that I never link these exact same booties. That is because you can not get them. They were actually a pair of taller boots that I did not quite like on me after I had gotten them. Don't you just hate when that happens? They hit at a weird spot at my knee and they were kind of baggy. I took the many straps apart and folded the shaft down twice. Then I re-buckled the straps criss-crossing them so that they would hold it down. They have turned into my favorite run around booties. Sometimes I have to alter things to make them better suit my style rather than just not wear them. I have always done that, though. Do you ever alter something to make it better suit you?
